The site does not use advertising cookies, local storage, cross-site tracking or fingerprinting. Photographs and scripts are served from this site. Cloudflare provides hosting and may process network information such as IP addresses for delivery and security.

Lightweight statistics

When enabled, we count page views, price-window views, contact clicks and subscription requests by day and property. These counters contain no email addresses, IP addresses, visitor IDs, referrers or browsing histories. They measure interactions, not unique people. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable browser analytics.

Email choices

Submitting the form requests updates for the selected property. Similar offers are a separate, optional choice. When email updates are enabled, your email and pending choices are stored privately in D1. Brevo receives your email and confirmation redirect to deliver a double opt-in email. Confirmed property subscriptions and separate similar-offer consent are stored in D1; statistics never contain your email. Confirmation tokens expire after 48 hours. Unconfirmed requests are cleared on subsequent requests. Contact the operator to remove your D1 subscriptions; unsubscribe links in Brevo emails stop provider delivery.

Each update email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also contact the owner to withdraw consent or request deletion. An unchecked similar-offers box does not cancel an earlier subscription; use the unsubscribe link to change an existing subscription.

Abuse prevention

To limit repeated form submissions, we use daily rotating keyed hashes of the submitted email and connection IP. Raw email and IP are not stored in the site's database. These temporary keys expire after 24 hours and are removed on a subsequent form request; if there are no later requests, expired records may remain until maintenance. The email provider and hosting provider maintain their own service and security records.

Retention and your rights

Mailing-list information is kept while you subscribe and while needed to maintain consent and unsubscribe records. You can request access, correction or deletion by contacting the owner. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict processing, object, request portability or complain to your data protection authority.
